The project "Berliner AusbildungsQualität (BAQ)" (Quality in Vocational Training in Berlin) supports companies interested in strengthening their vocational training. The focus lies on the introduction of processes allowing for the updating and further development of the quality of vocational training processes in a systematic and targeted manner.
Participating companies will be able to improve their steering competence; the premature cancellation of training contracts can be avoided and trainees' competences optimally used.
A key concern of the project is the building up and strengthening of networks with actors in the field of further education and training in Berlin and to promote the neccessity and possibilities of a change in perspective regarding the quality of vocational education and training.
The project is funded by the Senate Department for Labour, Integration and Women's Affairs (Vocational Qualification Unit).
